Health and wellness has always been an important part of my professional and personal life. My career has led me to focus on different paths of wellness, more recently in the field of Massage Therapy.

I am a long time runner and a more recent cyclist and understand the integral part exercise and competition can play in one's life. I also understand how the stress of everyday life can impact people.
